These terms govern the purchase of event tickets through elpadremusic.com operated by EL PADRE MUSIC.
Tickets are for general admission events. Completion of payment creates a binding contract. All prices shown include VAT.
In accordance with Article 38(12) of the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, tickets for events with a specific date or period of performance are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have been informed of and agree to this exemption.
Payments processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. EL PADRE MUSIC does not store card details.
Electronic tickets are delivered via email with unique QR codes. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
The organizer reserves the right to change event lineup, timing, or venue. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund unless the change is material.
A valid ticket is required for entry. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission.
Attendance is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for personal injury or loss of property except where caused by negligence.
For purchases made in Poland, these terms are governed by Polish law. For purchases made in the United Kingdom, these terms are governed by English law. EU consumers retain the mandatory consumer protection rights of their country of residence.
